化学肥料を使わないオーガニック製法にこだわる小規模農家と提携し、ガヨ高地で採取された完熟したコーヒーチェリーのみの仕入れを行っています。
女性のエンパワーメント
LE GAYOは、女性の活躍推進に取り組んでおり、女性のスタッフを積極的に採用し、雇用を作っています。コーヒーチェリーの採取に加えて、完熟度合いの選別作業、精製後の欠損豆の選別作業など正確性が求められる仕事を女性のスタッフが担っています。
